The November 2025 VSHRM Luncheon will see our speaker presenting in-person while there will be luncheons taking place at two different locations:
Horizons Conference Center (Saginaw)
Gloria Coles Flint Public Library (Flint)
RICO Conference Center - CMU (Mt. Pleasant)
If you are attending the Saginaw luncheon, you will be provided lunch for a $30/$35 registration fee.
If you are attending the Flint luncheon, no lunch will be provided although you are encouraged to bring your own "brown bag" lunch. There is NO COST for attending the Flint luncheon. Parking is free.

Legal Law Update Plus Practical Tools for Managers

This presentation will provide an update on recent labor and employment law developments of note that have taken place since the annual meeting in May 2025 and will also give HR Managers practical tips and guidance for dealing with reasonable accommodation requests and internal investigations into claims of harassment or discrimination.
David Bryce is a partner with Masud Labor Law Group. He joined the firm in 2018. His practice is dedicated to representing employers in labor and employment law matters. He has extensive experience successfully defending employers against lawsuits filed in both state and federal courts, in arbitration, and in unfair labor practice matters. He is also an experienced negotiator of collective bargaining agreements. David is admitted to practice in Michigan and Texas. In Texas, he was twice selected by his peers as a Texas Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in litigation.
